We had a suite near the elevator and there was a large party occurring in the ballroom so the noise level was loud and constant all night long.Ĩ. We moved down to the 7th floor and I could hear the music / bass pounding the walls even on 7.ħ. We were told by the check-in person that there would be lots of noise until about 1am on Friday and Saturday on the top floor “13” (there are 12 floors of rooms) when were on the 11th floor. Frankly, we were too tired to argue anymore so we just dealt with it by turning couch and chair cushions over.Ħ.

I complained a second time but was told there was no way to move and that there were no guarantees in smoking/ non smoking preference. The smell was very bad so I bought a couple of candles ($10 for 2 votives in the gift shop) to help.ĥ. The mystery stains on the carpet and furniture were unnerving. The furniture had cigarette burns in it and there was a cigarette ash on the floor. We were moved to a smoking suite that was in dire need of repair. When we complained and threatened to leave, they moved us to the 'correct' room and said we were put in the 'wrong room.'Ĥ. It was a tiny room with a queen/ full bed.ģ. The room we actually got was NOTHING like the site described.

Also, she 'explained' that they would be hitting my credit card for an additional $150/ day as a food and beverage deposit. At check-in we were told that we had a 'petite Jacuzzi suite' by the rudest non-service orientated person I have ever met in hospitality.

I stayed here with wife for a weekend getaway 11/18 (yes we are still at the hotel) after reserving a king Jacuzzi suite non smoking paying $350-$500 full rate.ġ. Otherwise: beware! This is NOT I repeat NOT a four diamond experience as advertised. If you are looking for a white trash ho down in a mediocre hotel with bad service, this is YOUR experience.
